Refund Policy

We want this policy to be clear and honest. FeelyWrite sells digital subscription services that grant AI writing credits. Because credits are digital and are consumed the moment you use them, they work differently from physical goods. This page explains exactly when a refund is and is not available.
How billing works
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period. Each renewal tops up your monthly credit allotment. Payments and subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), our authorized reseller and the merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refunds, and is the entity shown on your card or bank statement. You can learn more at paddle.com.
Used credits are non-refundable
Credits are digital and are consumed immediately when you take an AI action. Once credits have been used, they cannot be refunded, because the service has already been delivered.
Our goodwill window
We still want to be fair. You may request a refund within 14 days of a charge if you have not substantially used the credits from that billing period. We review these requests reasonably and in good faith. If most of your credits for the period have already been used, a refund may not be available, but we will always look at the situation honestly.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future billing. Your access and remaining credits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription does not renew after that. See our Terms of Service for more detail.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- email us at dhruvitkevadiya12@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the approximate charge date; or
- use the link on your Paddle receipt to contact Paddle directly.
Because Paddle is the merchant of record, approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including any mandatory withdrawal or cancellation rights. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law applies.
