Terms of Service

Last updated: May 23, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FeelyWrite, a credit-based AI-assisted book-writing service operated by FeelyWrite (FeelyWrite, we, us, or our). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use FeelyWrite.

1. Acceptance of terms

By signing up for or using FeelyWrite, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of this agreement. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. The service

FeelyWrite is an AI-assisted application for writing books. You write and organise your manuscript, and you can ask the AI to help with actions such as drafting, rewriting, expanding, describing, brainstorming, and answering questions about your story. The service runs on a credit model:

  • You receive 5 free credits when you sign up.
  • Each AI action costs 1 credit.
  • A paid subscription grants a monthly allotment of credits that refreshes each billing period.
  • Writing, editing, and organising your own book are always free. Credits are only spent when you ask the AI to generate something.

FeelyWrite sells digital subscription services only. There are no physical goods.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use FeelyWrite. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

When you use FeelyWrite, you agree not to:

  • create, store, or generate illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
  • abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt the service or its AI features;
  • use automated means to extract credits, circumvent usage limits, or generate output at a scale the service is not intended for;
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service or its AI features; or
  • use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual property

Your content is yours. You retain all rights to the manuscripts, text, and other content you create or upload, including AI output that you choose to keep in your book. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you.

Our software is ours. FeelyWrite, including the application, its design, and its underlying software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the software to you.

6. AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. It may also resemble content produced for other users, since it is generated by statistical models. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use anything the AI produces. Do not rely on AI output as professional, legal, medical, or factual advice. We make no guarantee that AI output is original, accurate, or fit for any particular use.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions for FeelyWrite are processed and sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), our authorized reseller and the merchant of record. This means that when you buy a subscription, Paddle is the seller of record: Paddle handles billing, payment processing, and the calculation and collection of applicable taxes, and Paddle is the entity that appears on your card or bank statement. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's own terms. You can learn more at paddle.com.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method for each renewal at the then-current price.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future billing. Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the subscription will not renew. For details on refunds, see our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeelyWrite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be subject to the courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
